Caramel coffee with soy milk ($42)During this long weekend, we have gathered a big group of friends brunch out! While we were waiting for everyone to arrive, I have ordered this soy coffee which was actually quite strong in soy milk taste compared to caramel and coffee. I personally would prefer a stronger cup of coffee on a Sunday morning to cure my hangover, maybe it's just me though.

Since we have so many things to update each other, we have ordered another sharable dish which was their sweet potato fries with truffle may. The fries are not too oily and not too crispy also. The flavour was particularly strong in truffle taste and it was probably where most of the flavours were from! Everyone liked this dish because of its almost fragrant-like aroma.

Since I am not a big fan of sweet stuff, ths dish was probably the lightest desesrt you may get from the menu. The halved pear was poached in red wine, giving them a dark maroon colour. The light fruit filled with alcoholic taste was best to enjoy with the fresh milky mascapone cheese on top, as well as the crispy chip like crispy bowl.
