Basehall recently has opened a lot of restaurants that I wanted to try but they are scattered throughout Hong Kong. Since I already had the ramen, I decided to try the desserts here.The Taiwanese Ice Cream Roll was definitely a surprise. The desserts looks small but is packed with fillings and in the end it was quite fulfilling.  The ice cream was just mildly sweet and the savory peanuts and fried green beans were actually the main flavors. The aroma of the coriander was just right without overshadowing the other ingredients. The flavors all combined together definitely reminded me of Taiwan and I hope I get to try their other dishes.
