1) Seatings are tightly packed, not only you can hear next table conversation, you can literally touch elbows, staff would arrange you to sit in a certain area even though there are other empty seats2) staff do not know the menu when there is only 3 main dish, 2 snack and 2 dessert to serve during dinner time. By the way, dinner starts after 5:30pm and last order at 8pm, they close at 9pm. Staff rush you off at 8pm when you dont have last order to place. They will take your plate away whether u

3) staff only give out 1 set of cutlery when there are 2 people on the table, no serving plates either
4) they will never refill your water even 10% service charge its on the bill and you do your own QR code order and u need to walk to the cashier to pay
5) In conclusion, its a coffee shop price but you get service of a "cha chaan teng"
p.s tried their lunch, dinner and take away. take away will take you 15 mins for a cup of coffee
