This Lobster soup made by poached lobster, with creme fraiche, chives, creamy lobster bisque. Super rich and creamy but not so salty as mandarin that one.

The Sunday roasted rib of beef is the primary reason I come to visit. One dish includes multiple sides together with roasted duck fat potatoes, glazed carrot, creamed spinach, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese. The rib-eyes are perfectly cooked medium rare, tender, and juicy with horseradish sauce and beef gravy. Nothing's better than digging into a juicy steak for a meat lover.

Traditional Christmas dish for enjoying the Christmas and new year vibes. This turkey chicken is served with roasted duck fat potatoes, maple glazed Brussel sprouts and bacon, creamed corn with cranberry sauce, and turkey gravy. I didn't try it at all because the steak is too satisfying.

This is such a perfect ending to this Sunday brunch, a classic sticky toffee pudding made by warm date sponge, earl grey tea marinated dates covered in toffee sauce and served with vanilla ice cream. Super sweet and collapses in the mouth in a dense and moist texture.
