Went there for breakfast at 8:20am on Sunday morning. It was raining and there is a queue outside. No staff is managing the queue until I went in to queries about takeout and thinking of giving up queuing. Noticed empty tables inside so I ask the staff how the queue system works. She just said yes to sit down but I feel unfair to the people queuing outside. So I end up asking them to come in first then wait for my turn. Then we finally sat down and placed order, the tea is fair but the scramble
Then we finally sat down and placed order, the tea is fair but the scramble egg with salt beef sandwich is cold. Not even lukewarm warm...so we ask the staff to redo it after one bite. What the clever staff decided to do it to microwave a sandwich and given back the old one that we returned... toast in microwave.. really 🤯 the entire toast was soggy ...really spoil the reputation of cross milk brand and signage. Although they had a sign that is newly opened and testing .. but sure microwave a toast sandwich is not acceptable...
If there is no experience staff , need to complete hiring and training before opening for business ..
