Not as busy as the noodle store next door (which infact I was a regular) and the portions looks tiny and the price is higher, which has put me off coming here since I didnt believe the difference will be worth the price.. How so I was proven wrong..Famous for its Wanton Noodles. The noodles are fine and different from the heavy flour based type with a nice clear soup base without the heavy use of salt and flavorings to mask the quality of the soup base. Famous for its Wanton Noodles. The noodles are fine and different from the heavy flour based type with a nice clear soup base without the heavy use of salt and flavorings to mask the quality of the soup base. The Wantons has prawns and were juicy and the beef flank/ brisket was on the lean side which was tougher than I would have liked, but it is healthier (less fattening).
Even the condiments; red vinegar and chill sauce is at the top end of the scale when it comes to taste.
I will be changing to this place for my regular Wanton Noodle fix.

题外话/补充资料：
This store also gives a very authentic nostalgia feel since they staff have the uniforms of the past and use old ceramic chinese bowls for their noodle servings. I appreciate the detail to attention and attentive staff.
