Strawberry napolean was pretty good

One of my best friends does not eat sweet things except one thing, Napolean cake. A standard one consists of flaky and crispy layers of puff pastry filled with a custard like filling to give you that contrast in texture and taste. Fine Foods offers an amended version, with the addition of strawberries to the traditional Napolean cake. The cake was well received at my best friend's birthday party as the crust was extremely buttery/crispy/crunchy and the custard was smooth. The addition of strawberries gave it that stark contrast in types of sweetness. Will definitley order from this shop again!
