Having tried the original Bing at the place in Central, I decided to try their cha chan teng bing in their location in Wanchai as it was a tea time special for $10.It was pretty disgusting.
It was purple rice batter, peanut butter and condensed milk...aka cha chan teng! The bing was soggy and chest. It just tasted like peanut butter which I like peanut butter. But it was the soggy purple rice wrap that was just plain disgusting.Next time, I will stick with the original bing.
