This restaurant is quite popular, as even on a weekday around 5 minutes before it opened, there were people standing outside waiting to go in already. When we were still gathering the money, the staff just took the money we were still counting without asking and left. This led to confusion, as we had not finished paying each other and getting our change from the money pool yet and it was quite rude on the staff’s side.
Serving time is quite fast and the staff are quite efficient in cleaning up and collecting our empty bowls.
The drink was just Fanta with really hard chocolate on top (so hard to the extent that we are not sure whether it is edible or not). The marshmallow is sweet at first, then as you chew, it gives off a slightly sour orange taste, which was a pleasant surprise. There was orange jelly in the drink as well.
The ramen were average with nothing special. Just pretty average-tasting ramen with the only gimmick of being Cinamoroll-themed.
At around 1255pm (we went in at 12), the staff told us that people were waiting outside and immediately took all of our cups (that we were still drinking from!!!)
We understand the staff wanted us to leave and we were just about to leave, but first, we weren’t even there for over an hour and second, they should not have just snatched our cups away, which is quite rude.
Please note that the first incident of the money gathering and the second incident of the cup collecting are two different staff respectively.
Although the Cinamoroll theme is cute, the food is average and the staff’s attitude and behavior are a bit appalling, so we will not be coming back.
