Dry Noodles with Roasted Pork Jowl 日式燒豬頸肉撈公仔麵 8.5/10 ⭐️
Simple combination of sesame and spring onion was surprisingly savoury, with slices of flavourful pork jowls and springy instant noodles tossed in not-too-sweet teriyaki sauce, the dish was SO GOOD that I finished it all!

Hot Milk Tea 熱奶茶 5.5/10 ⭐️
Already ordered “more milk” when I placed the order, but it was still rough and bitter, I had to request for extra evaporated milk to balance the bitterness.

Salted Egg Yolk Custard Mexican Bun 鹹蛋黃奶王墨西哥 8/10 ⭐️
The bun was soft and chewy with a crunchy buttery crust, the sweet-savoury blend of salted egg yolk and custard went really nice. It would be better if there’s more salted egg yolks inside 😋.

Scrambled Eggs with Black Truffle Paste 黑松露醬炒滑蛋 6/10 ⭐️
Quite a generous amount of black truffle paste was put on top, it was average though.

Service: The staff served promptly with good manners 👍🏻

Environment: Songs by Faye Wong and Dave Wang were being played, which gave me the 80s to 90s vibes. It is obviously a popular spot to dine: A few seats were still available when I arrived, but people were queuing outside when I left.
