This time, I ordered a spinach and mushroom quiche. Although it's a vegetarian quiche, it still tasted quite rich with the melting cheese on top. The egg tasted pretty rich and the crust was not mushy. I like how they filled the quiche with a lot of spinach making it a very healthy choice.Quiches here are always something that I will grab a bite for snacking
