We ordered 4 bowls of 雲南小鍋 with small spicy. But we chose different levels of sourness. ‘Small sour’ is my favourite Cus it has the best balance between spiciness and sourness. But if you like a strong sour kick then big sour is for you! We chose a few different ingredients but fish tofu 魚腐 was our favourite! It’s the traditional kind with the wrinkly skin 😋 recommend this! Another favourite is The minced meat that comes with the noodles! It is marinated and fried 🤤
We also ordered shredded chicken and green bean noodles with sesame dressing 雞絲粉皮 and it was delicious! A surprising element was the crunchy chilli flake, it gives the dish texture!
