On the first day of the pop-up store in K11, I remember I waited more than 30 mins to try the seasonal blueberry milk ice cream. After 4 months, I have cravings for milk ice cream again and went back to K11.....but Baekmidang is gone! Heard from friends that Baekmidang found a permanent home in K11 (one floor above the pop-up store) but the lazy me didn't try the new shop yet.Went shopping in Hysan today and my eyes nearly popped out when I saw Baekmidang . I rushed over and ordered

Soy Bean milk ice-cream ($48). Strong taste in both milk and soy bean! It is rich and the texture is like iced ice-cream. It is cold enough and doesn't melt easily. The sweetness was just right too. The cone is so fresh! It is very crunchy!
