Ordered the steak with smoked oyster, baked Alaska.The smoked oyster was sandwiched within the steak, and the taste was wonderful! Baked Alaska (the \\\"flammed ice cream\\\"), I always wanted more ice cream at the middle, the size is good enough for 2 people.
It\\\'s because of wonderful experience here, I made it at home for them as well, everybody can do it. My choice is 1.5 inches thick Astralian steak (you can order the thickness if you buy it from the meat supplier e.g. the one with long line at causeway bay) then carefully did the parrelle cut at the middle, stuffed the oyster into it, pan fry.
Not so diffult. (Besides the type of the steak we choose, messaging the steak with oil beforehand would also help to make it tender).
