Average quality food and mediocre service.Definitely many other better choices at ELEMENTS. Cannot recommend.The dumplings have a green dye, and taste was off. Spring rolls were lukewarm.Maybe the restaurant has not found a permanent chef since they have posted job vacancies for chef.
