well... this was my first visit at noc, taste wise was normal for the iced black, but service was a bit weird...firstly, the server forced us to order via the phone and said because the cashier was busy, but there was no guest at the cashier, so I insisted on ordering and paying directly at the cashieron the menu the price for iced black was HKD40, but they charged me 45+10%sc, whatever... will not go back again
