I went there to have lunch with my colleague. And this is my very first time to show my temper in a restaurant ! Story is ~ we order noodle with different ingredient. First bowl come with raw beef lookalike with gio lua. However none of us order that ( similar order r cooked beef with gio lua). As the waitress didn't tell us what was it when she put the bowl down, so we ask the waitress again what is it and she take a look and reply us with "raw beef and gio lua". Since it is not we order, we i
Since it is not we order, we inform them right away we order "cook beef with gio lua" instead.
After a short while, another waitress (let's call her as waitress B) she come over and ask us ALL again what we order. So we repeat our order once again .
While other bowl arriving, (in between there r 2 different waitress come over to reconfirmed our order) . Waitress B came back with a bowl of "chicken with gio lua" . Some of us did order chicken but not with "gio lua". So we inform waitress B right away it is incorrect again.
Send Here's the attitude start to begin.. She blame us we told her we order "gio lua with chicken". In fact we didn't ! She gave us annoyed look and toke the bowl away. Then she come back asking us for the fourth time regards of the order which is "cook beef with gio lual .
She take the order slips and come back to us and said "I didn't take ur order I won't know what u order! And u r the one keep on telling me different ingredient!"
I was shock as a customer with patient to repeat my order for five times but got yell at and accused by them and said we didn't provide the accurate information??
WHATDA?? What kind of attitude is that?
If the only waitress know the order r the one who take the order then we should be serve by the order taker waitress. And what with the restaurant order system?? Cannot show the correct information out??
After waitress B scream out her attitude, she walk out on her guest without listen to my respond!
End up a waiter (manager maybe as his cloth r a bit different) come over with a smile and ask us which bowl r missing ( yes! We need to repeat out order AGAIN). But we just want to have a relax break and enjoyable lunch after a stressful work. We don't want to argue. Finally the correct bowl with "cook beef and gio lua" arrived.
How it taste.... No comment ~ after the experience I wonder who else have the mood to "enjoy" the food . Or remember is it good or not!
Even is good! I doubt I will ever recommend people to go!!!
Honestly taste of their food are just so so , had better Vietnam noodle else where and everywhere. Good luck to this place.
