the pasta is hard (but not the texture of traditional italian pasta). it likes paper! there are two shrimps, some mini scallop, some fish and squid. the sauce is very cheesy. size is quite large. overall is acceptable.the chicken risotto is not same as last time we tried. there are only four pieces of chicken. much much less than before. there are now more rice and more cheese. it is ok anyway
