Being a picky eater growing up, the one thing that I truly loved eating were eggs, so I was super excited to try this place specialising in all sorts of egg (tamago) dishes Obviously the soufflé pancake was my main priority, but the flavor we chose didn’t do it justice. The highlight was definitely the tamago kake gohan, which is a traditional Japanese breakfast. The unique texture of the foamy egg white mixed with raw egg yolk, soy sauce and furikake is comfort food at its simplest. It’s best to add a topping for more flavor and nutrients (we got tuna with onion, but the portion was rather small) as well as $15 for the salad (a little too sour) and miso soup set

The beef stew rice with omelette was equally delicious. The fluffy rice from Japan was wrapped in a blanket of scrambled eggs, and the best part was pairing each bite with the rich gravy sauce, tender beef sauce, mushrooms and broccoli.
