I decided on the lunchtime Omakase Set, featuring appetizers, soup, an 11-piece sushi platter, and Nagoya-style eel rice. The well-rounded menu took me on a culinary adventure, transitioning seamlessly from cold to hot dishes.


The appetizers began with a fresh, crisp salad, followed by a savory smoked bacon and fried potato dish that added a delightful burst of flavor and texture.


The sashimi set stole the show, with each piece showcasing the chef's dedication to freshness and taste. The red seabream was delicate, the scallops succulent, the fatty tuna rich, and the bioluminescent squid visually striking. The fatty bluefin tuna, however, had a more standard taste and quality♥️


The Hokkaido scallop was particularly memorable—rich, buttery, and irresistible, even to someone who typically avoids fatty foods. The chef's skill and passion were evident in every bite🫶🏻
