Came here for lunch on a Saturday because there was Santa and a photo shoot on the main floor. We usually go to Tiffin but it was fully booked. I had the lobster sub and my partner had the ribeye. Both from the set menu. The food quality and taste was alright, can’t complain. However, the service had room to improve. Perhaps they were short on staff but they consistently forgot our requests. First they failed to give us the set menu and drinks menu when we asked for them. After about 15 minutes

After about 15 minutes we had to ask again. Then at the end of the meal we waited about 20-30 minutes for the bill . Again I asked for it the second time and they brought it over immediately . Not something we expected from a hotel restaurant. Yet to try their buffet but won’t be our top choice at this hotel otherwise.
