I went there with my girlfriend. The hot water refiller of our table was jammed and I needed to push hard to refill the water. The water "dripped" v.slowly but when I tried to excerted more pressure, the hot water rushed out and I nearly burned myself! I asked the staff for a kettle of hot water but they simply refused and said, "we do not have any hot water in a kettle." I was so surprised and disappointed by the quality of service. I was so surprised and disappointed by the quality of service. The staff gave me the impression to try to shirk from responsibilities and ignore the potential danger even after I explained to them clearly about the situation. Probably they've got on too much customers already and wanted to get rid of some of them.....
