Rice Paper (已結業)

I went to the new rice paper at Causeway Bay last week. We ordered a beef rice noodle, a duck salad and chicken wings. The beef noodle was horrible, the soap not hot, the beef was so tough. We told the manger about this but no apologies from the manager - it is really unacceptable. For the duck salad, it's so small and the duck was again so tough and hard. I will not go there again!!! promise.
