Bread -Very soft bread. Wouldn't mind if it tasted more Italian somehow!. Trippa al Forno - Baked Pork & Beef Tripes with Cheese This was still good but it does vary slightly over different occasions. But generally enjoyable. Also love the freid Pancetta bits too.. Home Made Pasta with Mixed Mushrooms -This is affordable but decent tasting as usual and 'cream-less' for once, with a bit of Radicchio thrown in and a nice sprinkle of Castelmagno cheese.. Cast Iron Grilled Hanger Steak -With a smoky caramelized Onion Aioli. This is usually great but today was slightly off.

[From XMAS MENU] Veal Sausage with Roasted Peppers & Basil -I liked this but it could be a bit lean for others. Though this was intense in herbs and meat flavour. Lovely.

[From XMAS MENU] Lardo Roasted Prime Ribs - 10Oz. Prosecco Roasted Potatoes, Horseradish Relish, Steak SauceThis belongs on the XMas Menu which is $580, including a glass of wine. This was just a slice for us to try out and it didn't disappoint. It has a good rubbed lardo aroma and beef taste. It's not melt-in-your-mouth but it's tender enough.

Tiramisu - Mascarpone Crema, Graham Cracker Crumble, Marshmallow Gelato -This actually tastes a lot better than before! Quite interesting and with the marshmallow gelato, you would have thought it's less tiramisu like than the previous Tiramisu Gelato that it replaced.... but it actually worked better!

LF Eggs Benedict with N'duja Hollandaise Sauce -This was from Breakfast Menu on another day. I really liked the slightly spicy sauce which provided a twist to this traditional breakfast item. It seems like I was a little unlucky though as my eggs were over-cooked slightly, but other people have had good ones! My muffins were also under-toasted.
