It's a surprise to everyone here when I used prefer no rice except gathering with group of friends especially in MK : knowing this old-brand traditional Hakka cuisine since 80's, also the waiting-time in weekdays is much better than before, a set-dinner for 2 is worthy than I bought a chicken for take-away service last time!soup of today: yellow-cucumber with pork taste sweet as they added date to raise the soup-basealso it's non-greasy & really good to soup-lover !chicken (regular order) just

a little bit disppointed is the pork is too fatty when sand from a bit during the meal though the egg is quite yummy & smooth inside
~ spacious area which is good for chating during chinese meal !
题外话/补充资料:
~ supplementary note to know about Hakka-foods culture:客家菜又稱東江菜,主要指客家人的飲食。因為客家族群多遷徙且居住華中、華南丘陵的丘陵山地地區,勞動出汗多,需補充鹽分以維持體力,因此飲食傾向多油多鹹的重口味菜,並且好用各式處理過的醃製菜類(如酸菜、福菜、梅乾菜、大葉品種的芥菜)作為食材入菜。不過目前已有偏向少油少鹹的改良式客家菜。

~ $228 include: one dish of chicken+ 2 other choice of dishes & soup ;
~ $9 / rice, $7 /tea, $2 / take-away plastic-bowl but total summary +10% service charge !
