On a rainy day tonight, my friends wanted to find a place comfortable to sit thus we decided to choose 中環茶記 in the end. It was located at Wellington street, where several well known F&B were located.The cafe was very big and spacious, occupying few levels. They offered dinner set as well as typical menu served in a cha chan teng. Iced honey lemon drink was sweet and refreshing, with strong honey taste. Hot pomelo tea was sweet as well, with strong pomelo taste and having pomelo bits in it too.

Fried rice with chicken and salted fish - It was fried till flavourful and soft, with generous servings of chicken cubes and salted fish in it. Rice was chewy as well.
Roasted chicken with BBQ sauce - It was served in a hotplate, and chicken skin was roasted till soft and crispy. Chicken was juicy and soft too, and BBQ sauce helped to enhance the taste. French fries was fried till soft and crispy as well.
Soup of the day was sweet and clear, absorbing the essence of the ingredients such as pork ribs and carrot etc.
Fried vegetables with sliced meat rice - Fried vegetables was very crunchy and chewy, juicy as well. Sliced pork was soft and juicy too, going well with the fragrant rice.
