I came to try this restaurant after having an amazing meal at Wanchai's branch during the original restaurant week. It seems that the management style is totally different between the two.The menu on the restaurant week website did not match their printed ones and they only just realized when I asked, weeks after the start of this event. I came to try this restaurant after having an amazing meal at Wanchai's branch during the original restaurant week. It seems that the management style is totally different between the two.

The menu on the restaurant week website did not match their printed ones and they only just realized when I asked, weeks after the start of this event. Their drink upgrades for the set menu were not very flexible. On top of that, all the drinks we wanted from their menu were not available.

The mains were served at different times, the crispy suckling pig wasn't crispy and the lobster that was served last came lukewarm. Then the dessert was served 30 minutes after we were done with our main dishes. Servers said they were making their desserts "fresh" (churros and torrijas), but again, served lukewarm, the churros were  not crispy, and instead was hard and impossible to cut into. And of course, the ice-cream scoops on the side were melted. Super disappointing ending to our meal.

How did this branch end up in the Winner's edition instead of the Wanchai one?
