I am writing in response to your comments regarding Madsion's Restaurant and your experience last December with respect to your company Christmas Dinner.

To say the least, I was very dissappointed to read your comments. There is no excuse for the poor service or food you described and it is obvious that we failed miserably in meeting your expectations. Madison's strives to
provide a high quality of food and service and while not excusing ourselves, the only explanation I have is that we had a number of key staff changes during the busy season which obviously resulted in your disappointing
experience.

Please accept our sincere apologies and I am also very sorry if you felt I was rude to you on the phone. I in no way intended to be rude, or abrupt but may have given that impression as a result of the pressure during the busy
season, combined with a shortage of staff. This is by no means an excuse and I do sincerly apologise.

As a gesture of good guest relations, and appreciation of you as a valued guest, we would be happy to invite you back to enjoy a complimentary meal on us as recompense for your poor experience.

Please be assured that your experience is not typical of Madison's quality or service and we are committed to providing all of our customers with the highest standards of food and service.
