It was a spicy acetic concoction which went very well with the chicken! It was genuinely refreshing - quite a pleasant surprise as hot dips are usually not 'refreshing' by design.
One slight down side though: I could not manage to dine on the included wings - the fork and spoon were too cumbersome to use. Might be better to consider and use only breast meat in future.
I was also impressed with the service here - all the staff were very attentive and the food was served promptly.
