Read the open rice reviews and thought this place should be good - the decor a bit old but usual efficient dim sum ticking cards and service however shocked to find the “traditional prawn toast” the prawn was raw and cold. When informed the waiter just took it away and we had to call the manager - who offered the explanation that the setting in the cooker was wrong - hardly an apology.
