Ippudo is known for their ramen! They are promoting a seasonal special, extra big ramen. The ramen came with a huge seaweed and lots of char siu! The meat is a bit dry, but the soup base is very tasty! It was a big salty at the end. The ramen was of great texture as I asked for the softer noodles.
