To be honest, I put this coffee shop on the top of my list before as they got great coffee and food with nice environment. The two waiters are great in customer service but I am not gonna comment on the other waitresses. Until these past few months, they got this promotion for takeaway. It was $20 for a small size coffee then upgraded the size to a large cup for $30. Everytime I ordered a $30 coffee, I got a small size instead of a large size. Until these past few months, they got this promotion for takeaway. It was $20 for a small size coffee then upgraded the size to a large cup for $30. Everytime I ordered a $30 coffee, I got a small size instead of a large size. I understand that they also cost the same when it was in original price but would it be better in service if you have been asked instead of serving you a small size without asking the customer.
And with the $30 lunch box with one choice of side, they upgraded to $40 with two choices of side but I have been costed $40 for 1 choice as well.
I have also tried their Angus Beef Cheek Rice for a half price on one of their promotion menu. The first taste was already full of burnt taste, and then realized the bottom side of the egg was all burnt.
I couldn’t eat it at all. It’s unacceptable! A professional restaurant should keep up their quality even with a discounted price menu.
