There are very few decent western restauant in Causeway Bay that offers good quality and value. But i soon realized that every dish is personally prepared by the chef a la minute and there is no compromise on the quality. After investigating, I found out the chef had a long list of credential including the once celebrity-favourite TEKA in Hapy Valley.
The set lunch include a Salad and Soup Combination, it is a good idea for people in a hurry. The salad was fresh and the daily soup made with fresh tomatoes is very hearty.
I picked the US pork rack (8 oz) for the main. The rack comes with pepper sauce and I can imagine it will cost around the same price if i do it at home. The charcoal flavour is present and the meat is very flavourful. The side garnish is also well selected and make a nice presentation.
We didnt have time for the dessert but I was told the souffle is really popular. The meal came to HK$140 for 3 courses. The satmosphere is not luxurious but is rather cozy. I will try to come back again for the tasting dinner.
