As my parents said that it has been awhile since we bought roasted meat back home for dinner, I decided to do so today. Ever since the virus began, more people chose to take away to avoid the crowd. They have menu for both dine-in and take away option. They mainly offered several types of roasted meat such as BBQ pork, pork belly, steamed chicken and BBQ ribs etc.
Roasted pork belly was roasted till the skin was crispy and the meat was juicy and chewy, with bits of fats in it. It goes well with the mustard provided.
BBQ pork was marinated with sauce, thus it was juicy and chewy, flavourful as well.
