Poorest Service & Rude Staff

This is the worst Vietnamese restaurant that I have ever tried. The waiter and waitress are extremely rude and unprofessional. We went to this restaurant on a Sunday, the place was not that full (About 4-5 tables available) but there were about 10 customers waiting to be seat in the corridor. This place is not adequately staff, the staff kept the customer waiting at the corridor, but would not arrange seats for them. This is the worst Vietnamese restaurant that I have ever tried. The waiter and waitress are extremely rude and unprofessional. We went to this restaurant on a Sunday, the place was not that full (About 4-5 tables available) but there were about 10 customers waiting to be seat in the corridor. This place is not adequately staff, the staff kept the customer waiting at the corridor, but would not arrange seats for them. We tell the waitress that we need a table for 2 and she put on a real annoyed look or her face as if we were disturbing her and yell out the word “WAIT”very rudely. Finally, we were seated after waiting for around 10minutes. We order A Bowl of Beef Noodle and spring roll. The food came very fast. We asked the waiter and waitress at least five times for two small bowls and the spring roll sauce and water….But the staff seems not to have heard us…. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I finally decided not to wait and run to the kitchen and get my own bowls…. Not until then would they give me the sauce and the bowls….. Finally, I have the chance to try the food…the beef noodle is below standard, the beef is soft and the soup taste O.K but the noodle s is so rough. The Spring roll taste quite good, but they did not give us enough lettuce. I will never go to this restaurant anymore with extremely poor service and only ok food. Golden Bull and Lo Chiu is much better.
