My girlfriend and I went to this restaurant for celebrating Valentine's Day because we wanted to go to a quiet and niche restaurant. I booked a table there about 2 weeks before. When we entered into the restaurant, nightmare started,1. Firstly, they lost my booking record and just assign the smallest table with poorest location.2. Once we got the menu, they told me that many items were not available, trying to force us to choose the Valentine's Day special menu. But they did not mention it bef
1. Firstly, they lost my booking record and just assign the smallest table with poorest location.
2. Once we got the menu, they told me that many items were not available, trying to force us to choose the Valentine's Day special menu. But they did not mention it beforehand when I booked the table. Unfortunately, the Valentine's Day special menu did not provide our favourite food.
3. Foods are poorly cooked. For example, duck was dry and old. 銀雪魚was oily and not tasteful.
4. They tried to force us, as well as other customers, to leave asap so that they can accept more other customers. For example, they told a customer sitting next to us that "Pizza 要等好耐, 叫Pasta啦, 我地趕時間交返張抬比第二位客人".
These arrangement made us no mood to celebrate this special day. We just finished the food asap and switched to a bar to continue our celebration. Very very disappointed about their attitude towards customers.
