Every staff in the shop looks busy walking around all the time 11:45 got seated waiting for friend. 12:07 we scanned the QR code to place order We sat for 20 min and still didn’t get our food. We were scared that we forgot to hit confirm order for our order. We asked 1 if the staffs to check and she confirmed that our order was received. We waited for another 10 min and saw other tables got their food who even were seated much later than us. We’ve asked 2 staffs and they both only kept saying th

It was getting unacceptable.
I had to raise my complain it’s is ridiculous for us sitting more than everybody in the same restaurant for our food
We waited for 40 min finally got our order
I don’t like the service at all
Need better staff training for better service
