曼谷食堂 (已結業)

Food is ok but the service is extremely poor.  After I checked out, the waiter never intended to give me back the change.  From my observation, it is not just careless or due to busy. There are a number of tables checked out after me, some of them by credit card. The waiter remember to return those. They  apparently thinking I'd  miss the change! This irks me!! Whether i pay the tips is all up to me! The restaurant should never make make such an assumption!
