Food is fine. Ordered a pan-fried salmon with potatoes. Salmon is not over-cooked and has the right seasoning. However the alleged cold-pressed orange juice was not made to order but was pre-bottled. Worse still, it had a strong concentrate orange juice flavour. I doubt whether it is cold-pressed as alleged. Service is plain rude. At first I wanted to order fish and chips. Service is plain rude. At first I wanted to order fish and chips. I was told there was no fish and chips in this branch, without an apology or "唔好意思", which is just basic when a restaurant cannot offer what's on the menu! Why do you not indicate it in the menu in the first place?
When I got the bill, I handed over my AE card. The middle age lady was too busy looking down at her papers and, again without an apology, said in a cold, blunt voice, "only Visa or Master", not to mention any eye contact with the customer. This is not the kind of service I expect even at a cha Chan tang.
