so, this place advertises as a "no straws" restaurant. despite this and also asking for "NO STRAWS" you get plastic straws anyway! when I asked the staff, they had NO CLUE about the straw policy, even though restaurant prominently displays "no straw" policy. oh dear Urban ... practise what you say you do!
