Went here for dim sum today which turned out to be a horrible experience. The food quality here is so-so and not that great. Sometimes it turned out to be pretty bad. Prices here are high for such food quality and the dishes were extremely dirty!I was so unfortunate enough to get a dirty cup with some of the leftover food on it, which made me wonder about the hygiene of this restaurant. The food quality here is so-so and not that great. Sometimes it turned out to be pretty bad. Prices here are high for such food quality and the dishes were extremely dirty!
I was so unfortunate enough to get a dirty cup with some of the leftover food on it, which made me wonder about the hygiene of this restaurant.
We ordered the following dishes:
1) Typical veggies: not that great. The veggies weren't nicely cooked and were not nourishing.
2) Soya sauce cheung fun: not too bad, but not great either. Just so-so. Could've been better.
3) Chicken feet: another dish reserved for my grandma. It's not my cup of tea, so dun really know if it's good or not.
4) Pan-fried turnip cake: really bad. Tasted horrible and it wasn't even warm/hot! We had to tell them to re-heat it! Didn't taste very turnipy either.
5) 雞絲粉皮: Chicken slices with "skin": another horrible dish. Not delicious at all and the chicken was like all over the plate. Wasn't a delicate dish at all.
6) Special fried rice: not special at all. Just a typical fried rice like Yeung Chow fried rice. The barbecue pork wasn't fresh and the rice didn't taste that good. Was far too dry.
Overall, service here is so-so. The hygiene here is really bad and the food is not too great. Not a good experience.
