Poor decoration, poor food, poor service

Living in HK for 12years and visited most of good afternoon teas in town, I found out I have never experienced the Palm Court. I have to say I have not missed anything. We were seated on tables without a table cloth - very strange for five star hotel. Although the tea itself was quite nice, sandwiches and all sweet bites were extremely disappointing and so was the overall service. The lobby is quite noisy so we could not enjoy the piano. HKD888 for the afternoon tea with champagne for two should
