Pistachio somehow has become a popular flavor for cake and ice-cream lately. I had this pistachio delight for my dad's birthday, it was like a pistachio flavored tiramisu, it was not bad, but I personally think that the mascarpone filling is a bit too sweet and the pistachio taste could have been stronger and richer.
