We were watching movie at Tsim Sha Tsui The One and after it had ended, it was already lunch time. We walked around to see if there were any new restaurants or cafes and while we were walking around Cameron road, we saw this new restaurant named Chiu ball. Their menu was very straight-forward, selling meat ball, beef items, pork knuckle and light snacks etc. We can choose either noodles or rice. On every table, there were saucer tray, with plenty of sauce for us to choose from. Most of them were chilli sauce, allowing us to dip on it.
Iced Yuzu plum sprite - A bottle of sprite was provided separately so that we can pour ourselves. The drink was sparkling sweet and sour, gassy as well. It helped to quench my thirst during this hot weather.
Premium beef ball - The serving was quite generous, with 5 beef balls given. Beef ball was very chewy and bouncy, like the size of a ping pong ball. Rice noodles were soft and smooth, sipping up to my mouth easily. Beef soup broth was tasty, with strong beef taste in it.
Deep fried wanton - Wanton skin was fried till very crispy and thin and the filling inside was fried till soft and hot. Sweet sour sauce was provided to sweeten the taste.
