With pie. Huh? Yeah. Because it just happens to sound like it.

This year, McDonald's came out with a limited, one day only pie for Pi Day. Like thousands of other Hong Kongers, I went to buy one.

For $3.14 (or $3.10 as Hong Kong has no pennies), they came out with a chocolate pie with mix berry and custard filling. They even give you a little card with a QR Code on it. I scanned it. It was just a little card of messages you can post to your friends. Nothing really exciting.

The pie itself was black in color. They said it was chocolate but I really couldn't taste it. The filling was pretty good. Well, at least the mix berry was delicious and basically tasted like strawberry jam. The custard was strange. Like some white goopy thing that didn't really taste like custard.
