Small Pho w/ Medium Rare Beef
A different style of pho broth compared to what I had before. Instead of tasting beefy and savory, it was more like a vegetable-based broth that tasted sweet. Just the right portion as afternoon tea.

Loaded with tender beef brisket and potato wedges. Rich, creamy, sweet and fragrant curry. Guests could request to add chili oil if needed.
