The pho bo (beef rice noodle soup) tasted better than my last visit several years ago. There was plenty of fresh basil and the rice noodles were soft and fresh. The beef was of relatively good quality. The broth seemed to be on the artifial side though (meaning with MSG). Came with a free drink with the afternoon set. Overall not bad for Central.
