I highly recommend the hot pot udon. Today's lunch, we found ourself in a cosy Japanese restaurant on the hills of Sai Ying Pun - The Hot Stone Udon in Fish Broth did the job. Who doesn't like their food served hot, especially when its bubble away when it is served. The udon was cooked perfectly, just how I like it "al dente". The broth has no MSG, I can absolutely recommend drinking the whole bowl of soup.
