SOOO CREAMY!! Was really craving the curry udon at Kobekyu and decided to try out some of their other items whilst I was there! This was insanely creamy and rich, the sauce was flavourful but in my opinion the bell pepper taste was too overpowering. The noodles and chicken soaked up all the flavours from the sauce really well. Despite being so creamy and rich, the dish didn’t feel greasy and dense. This is definitely for those who can handle spice because the spice level in this is no joke!

— So good!! Their signature item, and another super creamy dish that was so addicting. The curry sauce isn’t spicy at all, but has the aroma that Japanese curry is supposed to have, so it’s perfect for those who can’t handle spice. The udon was cooked perfectly, and absorbed all the flavours well. I loved the onions in this, they were just so flavourful and stir fried to a perfect golden brown. The beef chunks were not as flavourful in comparison but still good despite being a bit tough.
Pic 3️⃣: Rice Pot with Teriyaki Berkshire Pork (醬燒豚肉釜飯)- $88 hkd 🐖 🍚
— Flavours in this were good, but lacked teriyaki sauce which made the rice quite dry overall. The pork was thin and tender. All the elements worked well.
