Patty is so not juicy!

Me and my husband love burgers so much and we even make burgers at home. We saw there're a lot of good comments about this burger shop, so we decided to try it last Sat. We ordered a "Meaty Monster" and "The Shroom." Both patty look over-fried! When we taste it, it's tasteless and not juicy!! We were so disappointed! The meat has no beef favour at all! They provide many choices of homemade sauce, my husband tried garlic mayo on his burger. However he felt so thirty after the meal, he wondered

They provide many choices of homemade sauce, my husband tried garlic mayo on his burger. However he felt so thirty after the meal, he wondered if there're MSG in the mayo. The shop charge the burger w/ drink and fries for $48 to $62, it sounds cheaper than many burger shops, but with such quality of meat, I think it's not worth it. I rather go to Shake em' bun or Triple O.
